I am so INSANELY HAPPY and PROUD and filled with immense gratitude for being so stubborn and for having made the choices I made against every belief and every criticism…

ONE SINGLE DAY of TRAINING and I'm back to this…so thrilled!!!!

MEDICAL INCOMPETENCE had taking me down to HELL… in less than a couple of weeks my body was emptied…my "meat" dissolved from the stress and fears. One day at the wrong doctor's office after 8 years of choosing to stay away from any medical building or chemical substances of any kind (I mean medicines…never done drugs) and the damage their poisoning words and ignorance can do to your head and sensitivity is galactic!!!! If they also get to know that you haven't supported and "paid your dues" to the medical and pharmaceutical industry in 8 years then… you're FUCKED (sorry but this is the only word that fits)
They want to absolutely find something on you and so they will, by freaking you out so much that you DO get sick and they make you “pay” extra dues with interests since you never did!!! Because in this society being healthy is the biggest damage you can inflict to the pharmaceutical Kingdom … Amen … and so they push you to loose your mind…loose your health and loose the trust you always had in yourself and in the belief that your body is an amazing war machine if you treat it with the right fuel…

And so we get to today… It has taken me more than 2 months to regain strength and trust in myself, to regain a couple of kilos (I was down to 43) and get out of misery… and I did it ALL ON MY OWN…

I have 15 years of personal studies in nutrition; 15 years of research and testing for results. I went through certifications in sport nutrition and anti-cancer nutrition and continuous testing directly on my body to see what does good and what does not and still they were able to hit me so hard …

So please everyone :

DO BELIEVE IN THE POWERs OF YOUR OWN SELF because nobody else can do it for you…

Your body is indeed an AMAZING WAR MACHINE constructed to the PERFECTION and made to WORK at its best if FUELED WITH THE RIGHT FUEL….even the biggest tank will die on you if you put in coke instead of petrol…

YOU have the power to do magic…you just have to believe you can

Sono così FOLLEMENTE FELICE e ORGOGLIOSA e piena di immensa gratitudine per essere così testarda e per aver fatto le scelte che ho fatto contro ogni parere e ogni critica ...

UN SINGOLO GIORNO di ALLENAMENTO e sono tornato a questo ... così strafelice !!!!

L'INCOMPETENZA MEDICA mi ha portato all'Inferno ... in meno di un paio di settimane il mio corpo è stato svuotato ... la mia "carne" si è dissolta dallo stress e dalle paure.

Entri nell'ufficio del medico sbagliato dopo 8 anni di scelta di stare lontano da qualsiasi edificio medico o sostanze chimiche di qualsiasi tipo (intendo medicine e alimenti trattati ... mai drogata) e il danno che le loro parole piene di veleno e la loro ignoranza possono fare alla tua testa e alla tua sensibilità sono galattici !!!! Se poi vengono a sapere che non hai supportato e "pagato" l'industria medica e farmaceutica per 8 anni, allora ... sei letteralmente FOTTUTO (scusate ma questa è l'unica parola che adatta qui)

Vogliono assolutamente trovare qualcosa su di te e così lo faranno, facendoti impazzire così tanto da farti ammalare e farti "pagare" quelle quote con interessi poiché non l'hai mai fatto !!! Come si sa, in questa società essere sani è il più grande danno che puoi infliggere al Regno Farmaceutico ... Amen ... e così ti spingono a perdere la testa ... perdi la salute e perdi quella fiducia che hai sempre avuto in te stessa e nella credenza che il tuo corpo è un'incredibile macchina da guerra se trattata con il giusto carburante ...

E così arriviamo ad oggi ... Mi ci sono voluti più di 2 mesi per riacquistare forza e fiducia in me stessa, per riacquistare un paio di chili (ero a 43) e uscire dalla miseria ... e l'ho fatto TUTTO da SOLA ...

15 anni di studi personali in nutrizione; 15 anni di ricerca e test per trovare risultati. Certificazioni in nutrizione sportiva e nutrizione anti-cancerogena e test continui direttamente sul mio corpo per vedere cosa fa bene e cosa no e ancora sono stati in grado di distruggermi ...

Dico solo...

Credete nei poteri che avete in voi stessi perché nessun altro può farlo per voi ...

Il vostro corpo è veramennte una STRAORDINARIA MACCHINA DA GUERRA costruita alla PERFEZIONE e fatta per LAVORARE al meglio se alimentata nel modo giusto ... anche il carro armato più grande ti muore se metti la Coca-Cola al posto della benzina ...

in TE c'e' il potere di fare magia ... devi solo credere che puoi ... (MES)
